It is mandatory that your files are submitted with the correct file specifications. If you do not submit your files/artwork/graphics to print correctly your order may be put on hold or delayed & additional rush charges may incur.

If you have a file that uses another printing vendor's requirements or if you have not created your file based on our requirements, you will need to revise your files/graphics, as our requirements are very different due to our rush service. If you are not in a rush, these requirements will still apply and remember they are mandatory as part of our policy.
