How Estimated Delivery Dates Are Calculated

The estimated delivery date shown on our website is determined by the following formula:

Production Print Speed + Delivery Days = Estimated Delivery Date

This estimation ensures transparency and allows you to plan effectively for receiving your order.

• Note: Weekends, nights, and holidays are not included in standard delivery timelines unless you opt for our "Emergency 24/7 Print Service."
• IMPORTANT: Choosing FedEx Overnight or UPS Next Day shipping significantly reduces the likelihood of delays with your order. These shipping options allow us to utilize any of our production facilities nationwide, ensuring availability of stock, open press capacity, and efficient order fulfillment.

General Delivery Policies

1. ID Upon Delivery:
   We require an adult aged 21 or older to provide a signature upon delivery, along with taking a photo confirmation, to ensure secure and verified receipt of your package.
   

2. Estimated Delivery Time:
   Once you select a delivery method, our website provides an estimated delivery time. These estimates are based on typical transit and production schedules.

3. Guaranteed Delivery:
   For time-critical orders, we recommend upgrading to our Emergency Velox Service® for guaranteed delivery.

4. Saturday Delivery:
   FedEx and UPS can accommodate Saturday deliveries upon request for an additional fee.

5. Signature Requirement:
   All deliveries require the signature of a 21 year old and over to ensure a secure delivery.

6. Delays and Traffic Considerations:
   While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances like traffic, road conditions, or weather may affect delivery times. We encourage customers to plan accordingly or use our Emergency Velox Service® for a guaranteed date & time.

7. Delivery Adjustments:
   Occasionally, we may adjust between courier and shipping methods based on operational needs to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

8. Estimated Standard Service:
   We do not count weekends, nights, or holidays in our website standard estimated in hands date, unless you are using our "emergency 24/7 print service" for faster than same day printing, printing during the holidays & weekends available for an additional fee.

9. Pick Up:
   We no longer offer any pick up service.

10. Saturday Ship out for Monday Arrival:
    We provide the option to ship on Saturday for delivery by Monday, available upon request for an additional fee.
    

11. Packaging & Handling - Additional Time:
Please allow an additional day after your order completes production for us to carefully pack, wrap, and prepare your products for shipment.

1. Local Messenger & Courier Delivery

For customers near our production facilities, local delivery is a fast and flexible option. We offer three distinct local delivery methods:

• Curbside (In-Street) Delivery:
  The delivery driver will meet you at their vehicle at the curb and you will have 3 minutes from the time we contact your to meet the driver. This option is efficient and suitable for quick handoffs.

• Doorman or Hotel Reception Delivery:
  Designed exclusively for hotel receptions or doormen at street-level entrances. Not available for general business or institutional receptions.

• Direct-to-Door Delivery:
  The driver will park and personally deliver your package to any specified floor, suite, apartment, or venue. This option is ideal for conventions, offices, or residential locations.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Morning Window: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
• Evening Window: 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.
