• All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.
• Any unpaid amounts will be pursued through collection agencies or court proceedings in Wilmington, Delaware, with the customer bearing all related expenses.
• We reserve the right to deny or refuse service at our discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Due to the custom nature of each order and the expedited production process, all orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.

RETURNS, CREDITS, AND REFUNDS

• Report any issues within 24 hours of receipt of your order by emailing management@samedayrushprinting.com or calling 800.646.8304 ext. 2020.
• Products that are damaged or not returned in sealed condition will not be eligible for credit, reprint, or refund.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defects must be reported within 24 hours of product acceptance.
• Credits are valid for 6 months from the order date.
• To receive a replacement, you must return 100% of the product within 7 days.
